How long will it take to get my order?
For large Cheesecakes and Mini bundles we bake to order, with deliveries from next day on orders placed before 12pm noon. Our Classic and Mixed Mini bundle can also be bought for same-day delivery.
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of our products, we can't accept any returns. If there is any problem with your product, please get in contact so we can support you.
Can I order BasK for a big event?
Of course, we would be delighted to attend your needs and personalise your order upon request. Please contact us in advance so we ensure your order can be fulfilled.
How should I store BasK?
Our cheesecakes should be refrigerated upon arrival at 2–5 °C until one hour before consumption. They are best enjoyed at room temperature for ideal creaminess.
How long can I keep it?
BasK should be consumed within 48 hours of delivery to enjoy them fresh and at the perfect creaminess.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently we only operate in U.A.E, with delivery available across all Emirates.
