The beginning

It all started in Madrid, where patience, precision, and curiosity shaped a young chef’s craft and a passion to develop a signature texture.

The launch

Switzerland was our first step in the market. Launched in the city of Basel, the response was immediate and overwhelming. Week after week, they sold out, shared, talked about, and remembered for their singular creaminess.

Dubai became our next chapter. A place that, like BasK, thrives on boldness and reinvention. Elevating our craft to its purest expression: perfecting textures, refining rituals, and designing a new way to experience cheesecake. BasK isn’t a continuation, it’s a reinvention.
