Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Bask Cheesecake F&B Trading L.L.C, we prepare every cheesecake fresh and deliver them using temperature-controlled, refrigerated vans to ensure the highest quality.
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver across the UAE, including all 7 Emirates.
Delivery fees vary by location and are calculated at checkout. You also can find them on our Orders & Delivery page.
2. Delivery Timelines
2 day preorder required
Our small sizes (CCs) are also available on-demand via delivery partners (some areas Dubai only, during operating hours).
Delivery Windows
Deliveries in refrigerated vans occur between 10:00h and 18:00h.
You will select your preferred date and time slot at checkout.
3. Shipping Method
We use qualified refrigerated vehicles to maintain product safety and texture quality.
Upon delivery, please refrigerate immediately.
4. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the recipient is unreachable:
- Our team may attempt to contact you if possible
- Redelivery fees may apply
- Due to product sensitivity, we cannot hold items for extended periods
No refunds are provided for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information or unavailability.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Every BasK cheesecake is handcrafted with care. Because our products are perishable and made to order, our refund and cancellation processes are designed to maintain quality and fairness.
1. Cancellations
- Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours before the selected delivery slot.
- After that, production has begun and cancellations are not possible.
2. Refunds & Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
- Incorrect item received
- Item damaged during delivery
- Quality issues attributable to production or handling
To request a refund or replacement, email us within 12 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
(Processing time depends on your bank.)
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds when:
- The customer provided incorrect delivery details
- The recipient was unavailable during the delivery window
- The product was not refrigerated immediately
- Damage occurred after delivery
- The order is canceled outside the allowed timeframe
- For subjective preferences
4. Delivery Issues
If there is a delay caused by our delivery partner, we will assist to resolve it.
However, we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (traffic, road closures, weather).
