Shipping & Delivery Policy

At BasK Cheesecake F&B Trading L.L.C, every cheesecake is prepared fresh and delivered using temperature-controlled, refrigerated vehicles to ensure the highest quality and food safety.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates, including all seven Emirates.

Delivery fees vary by location, are calculated at checkout, and are also available on our Orders & Delivery page.


2. Delivery Timelines

  • A minimum preorder is required for standard website orders: if orders are placed before 12:00pm noon, next day delivery is possible. For all the rest, a 2 day pre-order will be required. A calendar will appear upon check out to schedule at your best convenience.

  • Our small sizes (CCs) may also be available on-demand via selected delivery partners in certain areas of UAE, during operating hours. Our operating partners include Deliverect.ae and Deliveroo.ae.

Delivery Windows

  • Website order deliveries via refrigerated vehicles take place between 10:00 and 18:00.

  • Customers select their preferred delivery date and time slot at checkout.

  • Evening deliveries can be chosen at check out for a lower fee (only for Abu Dhabi, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah). This are open in time between 2-9pm and no fixed slot can be scheduled.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or operational conditions.


3. Shipping Method & Storage

  • All website order deliveries are carried out using qualified refrigerated vehicles.

  • Immediate refrigeration upon delivery is required.

Responsibility for proper storage and consumption transfers to the customer upon delivery or doorstep drop-off.


4. Failed Delivery Attempts & Doorstep Drop-Off

If a delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, does not answer the door, or cannot be reached by phone:

  • Reasonable attempts will be made to contact the recipient using the details provided at checkout.

  • If the recipient remains unreachable, the order may be left at the door or designated reception area, unless specific delivery instructions were provided in advance.

  • Photographic confirmation of delivery may be taken for verification purposes.

  • Once an order is left at the delivery location, it is considered delivered and accepted.

Due to the fresh and temperature-sensitive nature of our products:

  • We are unable to hold, return, or re-store items for later delivery.

  • No refunds are issued for failed deliveries caused by incorrect delivery information or recipient unavailability.


5. Food Safety, Storage & Consumption

BasK cheesecakes are perishable, dairy-based products and are not shelf-stable.

  • Products must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery.

  • BasK shall not be held responsible for deterioration in quality, food safety, or suitability for consumption if the product is left unrefrigerated after delivery.

  • If a product has been left at room temperature for more than 2 hours, we strongly recommend that it is not consumed.


6. Delivery Delays

If a delay occurs due to our delivery partner, we will assist in resolving the situation where possible.

BasK shall not be liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including traffic, road closures, or weather conditions.
