Straight from the fridge isn’t her best moment. Let it rest at room temperature for about 20–30 minutes before serving. Then follow as indicated above to slice and serve perfectly.
Use a clean, warm knife and wipe between cuts for those perfect, smooth edges. Each BasK is made to be shared — but how equally, that’s up to you.
Up to 4 full days from delivery, but it is highly recommended to consume it the same day or 1 after for the best experience.
She is way to delicate for any abrupt temperature change and could compromise the texture, so please don't!
